Thank you for joining Peersona. We at Peersona ("Peersona", "we", "us") respect your
privacy and want you to understand how we collect, use, and share data about you. Unless
we link to a different policy or state otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies when you

the Services if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any other agreement that
governs your use of the Services.
2. Data We Collect

the Services.
2.1 Data you provide to us
- Account information, if account features are available.
- Customer support communications.
- Transactional or payment-related information.
2.2 Chat data and AI-powered analysis
When you import WhatsApp chat files into the app, selected portions of imported chat data
may be processed to generate insights, suggestions, summaries, and conversation analysis.
This processing may occur locally on your device or, where necessary for a requested

AI service providers.
Depending on the feature used, processed data may include:
- Message text or selected conversation segments.
- Draft messages written by the user.
- Conversation structure or reply pairs.
- Timestamps and message ordering.
- Contextual conversation information.
- Screenshots uploaded for chat analysis.
Data is transmitted only when the user actively requests AI-powered analysis or generation
within the application. By using AI-powered features, the user explicitly requests that
selected portions of conversation data be processed by OpenAI for the purpose of
generating the requested output.

We may collect limited technical, device, and usage-related information, including:

3. Automated Technologies and Imported Data
3.1 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to enable essential
functionality, remember user preferences, improve performance and stability, and analyze
aggregated usage trends. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for cross-site
behavioral advertising, we do not engage in device fingerprinting, and we do not sell or
share personal data for advertising purposes.
Some analytics providers may collect limited device and usage information in aggregated or
pseudonymized form to help us operate and improve the Services. You may control certain
cookie or tracking preferences through your browser or device settings.
3.2 Data you choose to import
Peersona allows users to import WhatsApp chat files voluntarily. Chat files are primarily
processed locally on your device. Certain features of the Services, including AI-powered
analysis or insight generation, may require selected portions of imported data to be
securely transmitted to backend infrastructure or trusted third-party AI service providers
as described in this Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights and necessary
permissions from the participants in the conversation to upload and process any chat data
through the application.
4. How We Process and Use Your Data
4.1 Chat data
When you import WhatsApp chat files into the application, the data may be processed to
generate insights, summaries, suggestions, and conversation analysis. Chat data is
primarily processed locally on your device. Certain features may require selected portions
of chat data to be securely transmitted to Peersona's backend infrastructure or trusted
third-party AI service providers to provide the requested functionality.
We do not use chat content for advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling, or training
machine learning models. Where possible, generated insights and analysis results are
stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
4.2 Technical and operational data
We may process limited technical and operational data unrelated to chat content for the
following purposes:
- To operate and maintain the Services.
- To authenticate user accounts, where applicable.
- To improve performance, stability, and security.
- To analyze aggregated usage trends.
5. Data Retention
5.1 Chat data
Imported WhatsApp chat files are primarily stored and processed locally on your device.
Peersona does not permanently store the content of your conversations on our servers.
Where certain features require server-side or third-party AI processing, selected portions
of chat data may be processed temporarily to generate the requested analysis and are not
retained for longer than necessary to provide that functionality.
5.2 Account and subscription data
Account data, if applicable, is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the
Services or as required by law. Subscription and transaction-related data may be retained
by payment and entitlement providers in accordance with their legal and operational
obligations.
5.3 Analytics data
Analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymized form in accordance with the
applicable service provider's retention policies.
6. When We Share Data
Peersona does not sell, rent, or trade chat content. We do not share chat content with
third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes. Certain features may
require limited processing of chat data through Peersona's backend infrastructure or
trusted third-party AI service providers, and that processing occurs only to provide the
functionality requested by the user.
6.1 Service providers
We may share limited personal or technical information with trusted third-party service
providers that assist us in operating, maintaining, and improving the Services. These
providers process data on our behalf and are contractually required to maintain
appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
6.2 Refund evaluation
If you request a refund through Apple or another authorized payment provider, we may
provide limited transactional or usage-related information necessary to evaluate the
request, such as purchase status or feature activation. We do not provide chat messages or
identifiable conversation content for this purpose.
6.3 Legal requirements and business transfers
We may disclose personal information if required by law, regulation, court order, or
valid legal process. In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of
assets, limited personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject
to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
6.4 With your consent
We may share information with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to do so.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed
to protect personal data processed through the Services.
- Local processing protection. WhatsApp chat data is primarily processed on your device. Where data must be transmitted to backend infrastructure or trusted service providers, we apply appropriate safeguards during processing and transmission.
- Protection of stored data. For limited personal data that we may collect and store, such as account information, subscription status, or transactional data, we apply safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
- Encryption. Where data must be transmitted, we use industry-standard encryption protocols such as TLS to protect data in transit.
- No absolute guarantee. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- User responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for securing your device through passwords, biometrics, or system encryption where available.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal
data, including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing.
8.1 Choices about data use
You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use
certain features of the Services. If you receive promotional communications from us, you
may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message or by
updating your preferences where available. We may still send service-related
communications such as administrative notices or important account information.
8.2 Accessing, updating, and deleting personal data
You may access, update, or request deletion of the personal data that Peersona collects
and maintains. If you have an account, you may update certain information directly through
account settings where available. You may also request access to, correction of, or
deletion of your personal data by contacting us at kubra@bizeradigital.com.
For your protection, we may require verification of your identity before processing your
request. Please allow up to 30 days for us to respond. We may retain certain information
where required or permitted by law, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve
disputes, enforce agreements, or complete transactions.
8.3 Children
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age required to consent to the use
of online services in their jurisdiction, such as 13 in the United States or 16 in
certain European countries. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a
child below the applicable age of consent without appropriate authorization, we will take
reasonable steps to delete such information.
9. Jurisdiction-Specific Disclosures

9.4 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access,
correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. You also have the
right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where required, we
rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other
appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
9.5 Users outside the United States
If you use the Services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to
and processed in the United States or other countries where Peersona or its service
providers operate. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers
and processing.
